My Story

​I've spent more than 20 years working in and around Talent Acquisition, HR, and HR Technology, helping organizations solve complicated problems and make better use of the systems they rely on every day. My career has taken me through staffing, consulting, entrepreneurship, technology leadership, and more projects than I could possibly count. Along the way, I've learned that every organization is different, but most challenges come down to the same thing: people, processes, and technology not quite working together the way they should.

I’ve always been naturally curious and a bit of a problem solver. Whether I'm helping a startup scale, leading a Workday transformation, improving Talent Acquisition operations, or untangling a complex HR technology challenge, I enjoy figuring out how things work and, more importantly, how they can work better. I've had the opportunity to work with organizations ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 500 enterprises, building solutions that are practical, scalable, and grounded in the reality of how people really work.

At BelleSage, I bring that same hands-on approach to every client engagement. I believe good consulting is equal parts expertise, curiosity, and common sense. No consulting theater. No unnecessary complexity. Just honest conversations, creative problem-solving, and a commitment to helping clients move forward with confidence. And while I've been fortunate to build a career doing work I genuinely enjoy, my proudest accomplishment will always be my three children. The "E, E, and A" in BelleSage come from their names and serve as a daily reminder of why we built this company in the first place.
