My career path has been diverse, encompassing roles in the service, beauty, and corporate education sectors before finding my niche in Human Resources. After gaining experience in staffing management, I discovered a passion for problem-solving, which has become the cornerstone of my career. For many years, I have successfully leveraged HR technology to help organizations overcome their challenges.

While my professional achievements are important, my greatest pride lies in raising three children. Balancing work and family life has presented its challenges, but I am immensely proud of the happy and thriving young adults they have become. The "E, E, and A" in BelleSage represent my children.

I have had the privilege of collaborating with a wide range of organizations, from Fortune 500 companies to promising startups. Each consulting engagement has provided valuable learning experiences, and I am eager to continue applying my expertise to help new clients address their unique challenges.
