My career started with what felt like a pretty big leap of faith. More than 17 years ago, I left education to join a small startup in an industry I knew almost nothing about: Recruitment Process Outsourcing. What I found was a career that combined everything I love - solving problems, building things from scratch, helping people navigate change, and creating order out of complexity.

Since then, I've had the opportunity to work with organizations of all sizes, from growing businesses to global enterprises, leading transformations across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Shared Services, HR Technology, and Change Management. I've helped organizations centralize functions, implement new technologies, integrate acquisitions, redesign processes, and navigate periods of significant growth and change. While every project is different, my approach is usually the same: keep things practical, focus on the people impacted, and build solutions that are sustainable long after the project team leaves.
 

At BelleSage, I bring that mindset to every engagement. I love helping clients tackle messy challenges, simplify complex problems, and move forward with confidence. No consulting jargon. No giant decks that sit on a shelf. Just thoughtful partnership, honest conversations, and a focus on delivering results that truly stick. Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my daughter Bowie (the "B" in BelleSage), camping with friends and family, exploring the Madison farmers market, listening to music, or planning my next meal. After all, life's too short for bad food.
