My Story

I grew up on a farm, where I learned two lessons early: work hard and figure things out. That mindset has stuck with me throughout my career. While my degree is in Animal and Plant Systems from the University of Minnesota, I quickly discovered I had a passion for business operations, accounting, and helping organizations run more efficiently. Over the years, I've worn a lot of hats - managing operations for agricultural businesses, overseeing office functions, administering workforce programs, and eventually building a career in consulting and business operations.

What I enjoy most is bringing structure to chaos. Whether it's improving financial processes, streamlining operations, supporting business growth, or helping clients gain better visibility into their numbers, I love solving problems and finding practical solutions that make life easier for the people doing the work. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, operations leader, and now Partner and CFO at BelleSage, I've had the opportunity to support organizations across a variety of industries, helping them work smarter, operate more efficiently, and build stronger foundations for growth.

At BelleSage, I bring a practical, no-drama approach to every engagement. I believe great partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and a willingness to jump in wherever help is needed. Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my daughter Gracie (the "G" in BelleSage), chasing after our Boston/Pug Remi, gardening, fishing, exploring a new winery, or enjoying time with family and friends. For me, success is about building a business and a life that both feel meaningful - and helping others do the same.
